What does a pencil mean to you?

 

 

This word has different meanings and different uses. For example, An ordinary lazy student will use a pencil to draw pictures, to write randomly on his book and to do anything to stay away from studying. A  great student, who want to study, will use it to take notes or maybe solve some math equations. At the same time and in the same classroom, there will be a girl who may not be smart in studying, but she will use a pencil to express her thoughts and feelings by writing meaningful words. Many students who their brains weigh more than thousands kg of gold. If they got a chance, they will have the courage to show their talent to the whole world.

Moving to the artist's category, they use pencils as a way to express their feelings and thoughts same as writers, but in a different way. They draw pictures with many hidden meanings in them.

A father who misses his son or daughter may not be a perfect writer or may not have any talent with the pencil as the main tool in it, but he may use it to write a letter from his heart to his son or daughter. A lover may use it to write a letter for his love who will read it and imagine her love saying these words to her.

A singer, who writes lyrics for his songs, will use a pencil to write his lines and to express his feelings, then he will sing these lines to the whole world.

Talking about myself, I always prefer to use a pencil in the exams and when I write my short stories because it helps my thoughts to flow up smoothly. It is amazing that how a simple pencil, which is priceless, is an important element in every step in my life.

Just thinking that this small tool has many uses by all the people around the world, gives an amazing feeling. Although many people are using their laptops,  a pencil still a main thing in human's life. So, what do you use it for?
